【Return and Exchange Policy】
1. Clothing and Accessories
★ If you discover any defects in the product within the 10-day inspection period after receiving it, please do not try it on and contact customer service immediately.
★ Returns/exchanges are not accepted after tags have been removed or the item has been washed.
★ Textiles with personal issues such as odors, stains, damage (adhered cosmetics, fragrances, or unpleasant smells), or missing accessories are not eligible for return or exchange.
2. Frozen Foods
Frozen fresh food purchased online is not eligible for the 7-day unconditional return/exchange policy, except for products with inherent defects, spoilage, loss of temperature, or damage during shipping.
★ Inspect upon receipt: To protect your rights, it is recommended to open the package immediately upon receiving frozen food to check the condition of the product.
★ Take photos as evidence: If you find the product to be cold or damaged, please take photos and videos and contact customer service as soon as possible.
3. Oil Products/Other Groceries
★ If you discover any defects in the product itself (such as spoilage, unusual odor, or leaks due to damaged packaging) within the 10-day inspection period after receiving the goods, please contact customer service immediately.
4. Required Documents and Supporting Documents for Returns and Exchanges:
★ You need to prepare the invoice, sales details, or shipping record.
★ Product Condition: When processing returns and exchanges, the product should be kept intact, including the original packaging, gifts, and accessories.
★ Shipping Costs: For returns made within the 7-day inspection period for online purchases, the seller should bear the shipping costs.
5. Refund Processing:
★ Store Pickup: The store will provide a return shipping slip and send a courier directly to collect the defective product from you; you do not need to pay the shipping costs upfront.
★ Defective Returns with Refund or Replacement: Consumers can request a full refund or have the store replace the product and send it to them.
