【Baiyangshan Shiguang】Terms of Service

The Store reserves the right to accept or reject orders. If delivery is impossible due to stock shortages, incorrect pricing, or other special reasons, we will contact you as soon as possible to cancel the order or negotiate subsequent handling.

3. Payment and Delivery

2) The inspection period is not a trial period. For returns, the goods must be in brand new condition and in their original packaging (including inner and outer packaging, gifts, invoices, etc.).

3) Exceptions: The following goods are not subject to the 7-day inspection period and cannot be returned or exchanged once opened:

a. Perishable goods with a short shelf life (e.g., food).

b. Customized goods.

c. Personal hygiene products.

4) For returns due to quality defects or incorrect shipments, the store will bear the shipping costs; for returns due to personal reasons, the consumer will bear the shipping costs.

5. Limitation of Liability

The product information provided in this store is based on actual conditions. Due to differences in monitors, there may be slight color variations. The actual product shipped shall prevail.

6. Terms and Conditions and Dispute Resolution

2) In the event of a dispute, both parties shall resolve it in good faith through negotiation. If the negotiation fails, both parties agree that the Taichung District Court of Taiwan shall be the court of first instance.
